Information we collect

• Information you give us directly. When you call or text us to request a repair, we collect your name, phone number, service address or city, and details about the appliance and problem you describe.
• Automatic analytics data. Standard technical data (pages viewed, device/browser type, approximate location from IP address) collected via Google Analytics.
• Advertising click data. If you arrive from a Google ad, we store the associated click identifier (GCLID) in your browser for up to 90 days so that a call or text you make can be correctly attributed to the ad that brought you here.

How we use it

• To schedule and carry out the appliance repair you requested.
• To contact you by phone or text about your appointment.
• To measure which pages and ads lead to booked repairs, so we can run this business efficiently.

We do not sell your personal information.

Who we share it with

• Field Boss Pro, the scheduling software we use to run dispatch and appointment booking, holds your repair request details so a technician can be scheduled.
• Google(Analytics and Ads) receives the automatic analytics and advertising click data described above, under Google’s own privacy policy.
• We do not share your information with any other third party, and we do not sell it.

Text messages

If you text us, message and data rates may apply. You can reply STOP at any time to stop receiving texts from us.

Your choices
